1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

One of the reasons I am so passionate about photography is the amount of traveling opportunities this field of work brings. I absolutely LOVE traveling & seeing this beautiful world, so YES, I do travel for destination weddings/sessions! That being said, depending on the details, there may be a travel fee.

2. Do you help with planning our session?

I'm not just here to snap some photos for you. My main goal as your photographer is to work alongside you even before you get in front of the camera! Helping you plan our time together, answering all your questions, and navigating all the details in-between is one of the highlights of my profession.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We can plan as best as possible for things, but let's be real. Life loves to throw us curveballs when we least expect it! Therefore, I have no issue if any of my clients need to ever reschedule, but if a complete cancellation is needed only 50% of the package price will be refunded. The 50% retainer needed to officially book will not be refunded.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I do offer digital files, but I personally do not offer prints or albums at this time. Do not worry though! The third party that delivers your personal digital gallery will give you easy access to order high quality prints of your choice or create high quality albums through them.

5. What Should I Wear For My Session?

Picking outfits out can be a drag in general especially when you may feel pressured to pick the "right" look for your professional photos. Let me tell you a little secret; There is no "right" outfit choice! Each person, couple, and family is unique, so it's important to pick something that feels like you! Plus, depending on the location we shoot at, you want to wear something that fits well with the scenery. Example: If we are shooting in a nature spot with lots of walking or even hiking, you probably want to wear comfortable shoes instead of heels. That way you're comfortable and can fully enjoy our time together. The only true recommendation I have is to choose earthy, neutral, or pastel colors to wear. Try to stay away from neon or overly bright colors. This helps the editing process and creates a beautiful color palate for the photos.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Let me start by saying, this is not a dictatorship. I am not here to control your every move nor dictate what poses or shots we capture during our time together. I LOVE collaborating with my clients and hearing your ideas and thoughts on everything. If there is anything specific you want to do or include during your session time, please let me know!

7. Can we meet before the session?

One of my favorite things is getting to know my clients beforehand. I think it makes the process of talking to a complete stranger and hiring them to meet you at a random location a little more sensible haha. With that being said, I always do a consultation call with my potential clients before they officially book to make sure that I am the right fit for what services they need, I can do the style they are looking for, and then have the opportunity to go over my services more in detail. This way we get to connect and know each other a little more before we begin planning your dream photo session!

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

I always work as diligently as possible to deliver your photos in a reasonable time frame. As anyone can imagine going through hundreds of photos and editing them all takes some time, but I always try to deliver your personal digital gallery anywhere from 1-4 weeks for sessions and 4-8 weeks for weddings. For those who are in a time crunch to receive their photos, I do offer expedited editing/gallery delivery for an additional $150.00.
